Based on this concept, NTT Urban Development has created a number of commercial properties in Tokyo and other major cities in Japan.
In conjunction with Akihabara Crossfield, which was developed based on the concept of an IT center, Akiba Ichi, a food mall in Akihabara UDX, has proven popular with people who are interested in cutting-edge media. Meanwhile, with approximately 70 stores and a hall as a venue for entertainment, Pacela, a specialty store mall in Motomachi Cred, one of our largest commercial properties, offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy multidimensional attractions.
In developing new commercial properties based on existing facilities, NTT Urban Development is pursuing its vision of enhancing the potential of the Tokyo metropolitan area and other major cities in Japan, with urban commercial spaces that are tailored to the characteristics of their location.
