Business Overview

The vision of the condominiums residential property sales business of NTT Urban Development involves creating comfortable living spaces and high quality residences that are used by different generations, and also maintaining their asset value.

WELLITH, the brand name for the condominiums of NTT Urban Development, was created in 2000, and is a portmanteau of the words, “well” (comfort) and “with” (together), representing our hope for living together in comfort. The concept of WELLITH was born out of our desire to enable superior lifestyles achieved through the coexistence of living spaces, residences, communications with families, technologies and comfort. NTT Urban Development has been developing condominiums based on six key concepts that serve as the basic guidelines for ensuring that WELLITH represents consistent quality: attention to Permanence, Comfortability, Safety and Security, Advanced information technology, Creation of landscape, and Reliable management. Moreover, as a real estate company of the NTT Group, NTT Urban Development is constantly seeking to incorporate advanced information and communication technologies, using communications networks to improve residential information technologies and security services.

Our major projects, Grand Wellith Tetsugakudo Koen (completed in 2003), Grand Wellith Seta(completed in 2006), and Wellith Azabu Mamiana (completed in 2008), have won the Good Design Award (for the building and environmental design division) provided by the Japan Industrial Design Promotion Organization. We continue to steadily build on our development track record, as we strengthen our condominiums residential property sales business. In addition, through our extensive operations, including building lot sales, we strive to create residences that deliver customer satisfaction.

In 2007, NTT Urban Development established Residential CS Promotion Office to ensure that the asset value of our customers' residences was maintained. In collaboration with the NTT Urban Development Group companies, including NTT Urban Development Builservice Co., we aim to maintain safe and comfortable condominium living, based on a reliable, after-sales follow-up system.

It is the unchanging mission of NTT Urban Development for future generations to create reliable and pleasant residences that become the bases for comfortable living.
