The operations of the Real Estate Solution business of NTT Urban Development are extensive. Our strength lies in our ability to provide customers with general support that encompasses not only the provision of advice for the efficient use of land and the construction of new properties, but also finding tenants and managing property income. In addition to assisting in the sale and purchase of real estate, NTT Urban Development has developed a system in which it leases real estate owned by a customer under a sublease agreement, and boosts income by managing the property on the customer's behalf.

NTT Urban Development sets up funds under a real estate asset management scheme, and provides an asset management service that helps customers boost income from their land and funds. Four funds have been established, namely NU-1 through NU-4, with assets under management of 50 billion yen. By securitizing real estate through funds, customers can achieve liquidity from their land and buildings, giving them access to flexible funding. The scheme also enables people who are interested in securities investments to participate with a modest outlay.

We offer building and equipment maintenance services, as well as environment and sanitation management, such as water quality tests. We also manage rent payments, and develop building renovation plans.
