Australia

We established NTT UD Australia Pty Limited in Melbourne, Australia in September, 2011 and participated in housing development business in Melbourne. For the purpose of strengthening our business infrastructure and further expanding our residential development knowledge in Australia, we acquired our second developable land in Melbourne in 2015 and other projects thereafter to expand the business further.
We started office business in Australia from acquisition of an office building in Canberra in 2019, and acquired another office building in Melbourne. We will continue to build up an optimum portfolio through acquisitions of assets and maximizing the value of our properties.
