Mid-story isolation structure
A seismic damping structure has been adopted to reduce the seismic response of the entire building by absorbing seismic energy intensively in a seismic isolation layer located directly under the hotel floor. The seismic isolation layer consists of seismic isolation bearings (all natural rubber laminated rubber bearings) and oil dampers. The advanced building structure, which is designed for large-scale earthquakes, protects the sustainability of corporate activities and the safety of people.

One week's worth of continuous power supply at 80% of normal conditions
An emergency generator provides up to 80% (5,600kW) of the normal operating power (7,000kW) even during grid power outages. It supports business continuity by enabling continuous power supply for up to seven days even in the event of electricity or gas outages.
Reliable infection control
Excellent ventilation performance in office elevators and the building contributes to the control of infectious diseases.
