The second basement level is directly connected to the Kita-Ichijo Underground Parking Public Underground Walkway. You can comfortably travel to the underground pedestrian space (Chika-ho) that runs north-south through downtown Sapporo in about 3 minutes on foot, and to the Kita-Ichijo Underground Parking in about 1 minute on foot.

JR Sapporo Station and Odori Subway Station are within walking distance. This location offers excellent access to all of Hokkaido, the Tokyo metropolitan area, and overseas.
From JR Sapporo Station to New Chitose Airport, it takes approximately 33 minutes with no transfers.
From fiscal year 2038 onwards, the Hokkaido Shinkansen line between Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto and Sapporo is scheduled to open, connecting Sapporo and Tokyo in 4.5 hours (target).
