United Kingdom

We have expanded our global business beginning from the acquisition of our first overseas office building in London, U.K. in November, 2009.
1 King William Street and 20 Finsbury Circus, located in the historical area in the City of London, have undergone large scale renovation utilizing the rich development experience we have accumulated in Japan. These office building were refurbished with the state-of-the-art equipment, creating new value while preserving the historical nature of the building. We will continue to build up an optimum portfolio through acquisitions of revenue producing assets and by maximizing the value of our properties.

United States of America

Since establishing NTT UD USA Inc. as a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United States of America in October, 2013, we have steadily expanded the scale of our operations and currently owns a total of 14 properties in New York, Boston, Washington, Dallas and Florida.
In recent years, we have been actively investing in multifamily projects such as Neponset Landing (acquired in December 2021), and 310 Beaumont Avenue (acquired in March 2023), and as well as in mixed-use development projects such as 120 5th Avenue (acquired in April 2020), in an effort to diversify our portfolio.

We established UD AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED in Melbourne, Australia in September, 2011 and participated in housing development business in Melbourne.
In the housing development business,  we have completed the sale of 1,432 lots through two projects and currently six projects are under development and sales such as the "Officer Central project".
In the office business, we are holding four properties across Australia, one property in Canberra and Brisbane respectively and two properties in Melbourne which includes ongoing wooden office development project.
