United Kingdom

We have expanded our global business beginning from the acquisition of our first overseas office building in London, U.K. in November, 2009.
1 King William Street and 20 Finsbury Circus, located in the historical area in the City of London, have undergone large scale renovation utilizing the rich development experience we have accumulated in Japan. These office building were refurbished with the state-of-the-art equipment, creating new value while preserving the historical nature of the building. We will continue to build up an optimum portfolio through acquisitions of revenue producing assets and by maximizing the value of our properties.

We established NTT UD USA Inc. as a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United States of America in October, 2013 and participated in our first development project (125 West 25th Street, disposition:December 2016) in Manhattan, New York in December, 2013.
We currently manage, lease, and develop a total of thirteen properties in New York, Boston, Washington, D.C. and Dallas and have steadily continued to grow.

We established UD AUSTRALIA PTY LIMIED in Melbourne, Australia in September, 2011 and participated in housing development business in Melbourne. For the purpose of strengthening our business infrastructure and further expanding our residential development knowledge in Australia, we acquired our second developable land in Melbourne in 2015 and other projects thereafter to expand the business further.
We started office business in Australia from acquisition of an office building in Canberra in 2019, and acquired another office building in Melbourne. We will continue to build up an optimum portfolio through acquisitions of assets and maximizing the value of our properties.
