United States of America

We established NTT UD USA Inc. as a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United States of America in October, 2013 and participated in our first development project (125 West 25th Street, disposition:December 2016) in Manhattan, New York in December, 2013.
We currently manage, lease, and develop a total of eleven properties in New York, Boston Washington, D.C. and Dallas and have steadily continued to grow.
We will continue to actively expand our asset portfolio by endeavoring to secure stable revenue bases and participate in development opportunities.
