This project is the first joint venture partnered with RangeWater Real Estate, LLC, a fully integrated rental housing company with assets across the Sun Belt and Mountain West. Construction began in September 2024, with completion expected in 2026.
Since participating in our first residential project in the U.S. in December 2019, we have been expanding our operations in multiple cities facing housing shortages due to population growth. Through this first townhome project, the Company aims to further expand its business and strengthen its foundation in the U.S. market.
