Corinth Street Project," the Company's first townhouse* project in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area in Texas, USA. The project is located at 1250 N. Corinth Street in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area in the United States.
This project is being carried out in collaboration with RangeWater Real Estate, LLC, which develops and adds value to rental housing primarily in the Sunbelt area of the United States, including Dallas. Construction is scheduled to begin in September 2024, with full completion in fiscal 2026.
Since participating in its first residential project in the United States in December 2019, the company has been collaborating with partners operating in cities such as New York, Boston, and Dallas. Through its participation in this first townhouse project, the company aims to further expand its business in the United States and further strengthen its business foundation.
- These rental housing units are typically two to three stories tall and share walls with neighboring units. Housing needs change with changing life stages, and these units cater to families, particularly those raising children. Residents enjoy advantages not found in detached houses, such as no need for roof or exterior repair costs, and the ease of building a community with neighbors as an apartment complex. Demand for these new housing types has been growing in the United States in recent years.
