Information Security Basic Policy

NTT Urban Development Corporation supports the creation of vibrant, unique towns and cities, and as a company that is chosen and trusted by local residents, we position the maintenance and improvement of information security as one of our key priorities. We will achieve this by operating an information security management system in accordance with the following policy, while also balancing the economic development of local communities with the resolution of social issues, thereby contributing to the realization of a comfortable and vibrant society.

    Our Information Security Initiative
    In addition to establishing an information security management system, we will continue to implement measures to maintain and improve information security by establishing basic policies and other guidelines and regulations to prevent unauthorized access to information and the loss, falsification, and leakage of information, implementing strict physical and system security measures to ensure the continuity of services, thoroughly educating employees, and appropriately supervising contractors.

    Compliance with laws, regulations and contractual matters
    Our employees are fully aware that maintaining information security for the services we provide to our customers is the basis of our business activities, and we will comply with all laws and regulations related to our business and the terms of our contracts with our customers.

    Responding to information security risks
    We will respond to new risks in the ever-evolving information society by establishing standards for assessing information security risks, implementing necessary measures, and continuously managing and monitoring the effectiveness of those measures.
