The official social media accounts operated by NTT Urban Development have established the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms"). Please agree to these Terms when viewing and using the accounts.

    * Political activities, election campaigns, religious activities or similar activities
    * Posting or transmitting harmful computer programs, etc.
    * Any act that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights of our company or a third party.
    * Posting or transmitting information that constitutes or induces a crime, or that may lead to such a crime
    * Acts that violate or may violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
    * Any act that creates the false impression that there is some kind of partnership or cooperative relationship with the Company or a third party, or that the Company or a third party recognizes, guarantees, supports, or recommends the linking site, without any basis in fact.
    * Linking in a way that impairs the clarity of this page, such as frame links
    * Posts that are for affiliate, advertising, or promotional purposes (including when links are made to sites outside of each social media platform and those sites are for affiliate, advertising, or promotional purposes)
    * Not related to the purpose of this page
    * Other content that the Company deems inappropriate

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
