Message from the President

Since its founding in 1986 as a comprehensive real estate company of the NTT Group, NTT Urban Development has steadily expanded its business domains, including office building development and leasing, as well as commercial, residential, global, and hotel businesses.We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all our customers and partner companies who have supported us to date.

As a member of NTT Urban Solutions Group, which handles the urban development business of the NTT Group, we are making maximum use of the experience and know-how we have cultivated in the real estate business and the NTT Group's resources in ICT, energy, environmental technology, etc. to address the various challenges facing local communities and promote new "urban development."

In recent years, in addition to traditional high-performance office buildings, we have developed new compact offices, and have opened a series of new hotels, including the first of their kind in Japan, commercial facilities that serve as hubs of activity, and a multi-purpose arena with a capacity of 10,000 people.Inour residential business, we offer condominiums, urban rental residences, student residences, and senior housing with services.In our global business, we are not only expanding our target areas, but are also diversifying our assets, such as through mixed-use developments and large-scale residential projects, and are actively investing.In addition, we are working to reduce environmental impact and promote well-being, and are carrying out development in cities across Japan that utilizes the characteristics and appeal of each region to further enhance value.

In this day and age, society is undergoing major changes, including the declining birthrate and aging population, worsening food and environmental issues, successive natural disasters, and rapid digitalization. In this climate, we will cherish the connections with local communities that the NTT Group has cultivated over many years, and, with our corporate philosophy of "Sincerity and Innovation" in mind, we will support the creation of unique, vibrant towns that foster rich communities and cultures.
