    Urbannet Sapporo Link Tower/ HYATT CENTRIC Sapporo

    The building will have a standard floor area of over 1,650m2 and will be centered around rental offices that can be divided into up to 10 sections. Plans call for the opening of a full-service lifestyle hotel, the HYATT CENTRIC Sapporo, as well as plans for shops, an atrium, and a tenant-only lounge on the lower floors to create a vibrant atmosphere in the city. Aiming to create an incubation base for Sapporo, the south tower is planned to include co-working spaces, small offices, and an event lounge to promote interaction between diverse personnel.

    (Tentative name) Hibiya (Uchisaiwaicho 1-chome Block) Project

    This project, which has been certified as a National Strategic Special Zone, consists of three districts: North, Central, and South, which will work together to promote integrated urban development. In addition to working on "urban development x digital" in the districts, we will develop a central tower in the central district that will include offices, a small luxury hotel, a hall (music and business), banquet halls, and industrial support facilities.

    Tokyo University of Science Tamachi Campus Land Utilization Project

    The project site is adjacent to JR Tamachi Station and enjoys a rare location as the birthplace of industrial design. In collaboration with Tokyo University of Science, the site will develop an industrial and research hub that brings together domestic and international companies and universities, and will promote urban development in the Tamachi area, aiming to realize a new urban vision of a "world-leading innovation waterfront hub."
