owns Shiba Daimon
An office born from the pursuit of creating a "place where people want to gather." In today's world, where remote work has become commonplace and working styles have diversified, there is a certain energy that can only be generated by people gathering together, precisely because everyone can proactively choose where they work. There is a future that can only be seen through diverse communication. "owns" is a new office brand that respects each individual's values and aims to create a space where they can blend together.
Located in the ever-changing Tsukiji area, undergoing redevelopment, "CULTIVATESTUDIO OFFICE" embodies future values. In addition to a standard floor of approximately 230 tsubo (approx. 760 square meters), it offers a lounge studio suitable for events and meetings, and a rooftop terrace that encourages off-camera communication, providing a new office environment that fosters interaction and innovation, allowing both individuals and organizations to continue growing together.

(Provisional Name) Yokohama Yamashita-cho Project
Located a 7-minute walk from Kannai Station, in an area where unique historical and cultural elements intersect—Osanbashi Street, Yokohama Chinatown, and Yokohama Park—we will create a new hub for activities in the Yokohama area by developing rental office spaces with a standard floor area of approximately 600 tsubo (approx. 1,980 square meters) that can be divided, a new educational center for Yokohama City, and shops that will create a lively atmosphere in the city.
Located in the "Central District" of "HIBIYA CROSSPARK" (Uchisaiwaicho 1-chome Block), which consists of three districts (North, Central, and South) adjacent to Hibiya Park, this is a large-scale mixed-use complex with a total floor area of approximately 360,000 m2, comprising a diverse range of uses including offices, industrial support facilities, halls, commercial spaces, banquet halls, and a hotel, making it one of the largest in Japan. This district has been designated a National Strategic Special Zone, and will promote integrated urban development through cooperation between districts.
Tokyo University of Science Tamachi Campus Land Utilization Project
On the grounds of the Tokyo University of Science High School of Science and Technology, adjacent to JR Tamachi Station, we will collaborate with Tokyo University of Science to develop an industrial and research hub where domestic and international companies and universities will gather, and promote urban development in the Tamachi area toward realizing an "innovation waterfront" that will become a new urban vision.
