Urbannet Sapporo Link Tower/ HYATT CENTRIC Sapporo
The building will have a standard floor area of over 1,650m2 and will be centered around rental offices that can be divided into up to 10 sections. Plans call for the opening of a full-service lifestyle hotel, the HYATT CENTRIC Sapporo, as well as plans for shops, an atrium, and a tenant-only lounge on the lower floors to create a vibrant atmosphere in the city. Aiming to create an incubation base for Sapporo, the south tower is planned to include co-working spaces, small offices, and an event lounge to promote interaction between diverse personnel.
