The city center of Hiroshima is undergoing continuous changes, with the G7 Hiroshima Summit to be held in May 2023, a downtown soccer stadium to be completed in 2024, and streetcars to begin running into the station following the redevelopment of JR Hiroshima Station in 2025.

Since the opening of Motomachi Credo pacela in 1993 in the Motomachi area, a corner of central Tokyo, we have worked with customers and stakeholders to create a lively atmosphere in the area, including serving as the secretariat for the area management organization, the Kamiyacho-Motomachi Lively Creation Council.

In recent years, we have been promoting the development of Hiroshima City Central Park, including the construction and operation of Hiroshima Gate Park and the commercial facility within the park, SHIMINT HIROSHIMA, which will open in March 2023, and HIROSHIMA STADIUM PARK and the commercial facility, HiroPa, which is scheduled to open in August 2024.

Furthermore, we are also participating in the Park-PFI project for Sannomaru, Hiroshima Castle, and serve as chairman of the Hiroshima City Central Park Area Management Council, the organization promoting area management for this central park, with the aim of contributing to the development of the city by creating even more activity and mobility in the Motomachi area as a whole.

Our company has established the "Urban Park Life HIROSHIMA" concept, which aims to realize a lifestyle unique to the Motomachi area in central Hiroshima through continuous development and facility management. By adding the uniqueness that the Motomachi area has long possessed to the mobility and choice that can be realized through our area-wide development, we aim to create an integrated area where a wide variety of consumption can be enjoyed.

We will continue to work on creating a city that connects with customers, stakeholders, and each facility.
