Bringing further excitement to the Minami-Aoyama 1-Chome area, "SHARE GREEN MINAMI AOYAMA" opens in October ~ "LIFORK Minami-Aoyama", the third LIFORK brand store, will also open within the facility ~

NTT Urban Development Corporation (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nakagawa Yutaka) will open "SHARE GREEN MINAMI AOYAMA" in early October 2018, a facility consisting of cafes, shops, and offices converted from existing buildings, centered around a lush green plaza, with the aim of creating further vitality in the Minami-Aoyama 1-Chome area and providing a place that is open to the local community. (The offices are scheduled to open first in early September 2018.)

The office within this facility, "LIFORK Minami Aoyama," is the third property in our shared office business, "LIFORK," and will propose a new way of working surrounded by greenery and support the realization of a work style and lifestyle that suits you.

This facility is a temporary utilization project for future development of land owned by our company.

About "LIFORK Minami Aoyama"

Based on the concept of "NATURAL WORK & NATURAL STYLE - Working and relaxing in harmony with nature," the office offers a peaceful, natural environment in the heart of the city, allowing employees to spend their time in a natural environment. The space includes 46 office spaces ranging from approximately 18.84m² to 101.29m² (units can be connected), a lounge, meeting rooms, a seminar room that can accommodate up to 88 people, and a "WORKER'S GARDEN" in part of the garden within SHARE GREEN MINAMI AOYAMA, which has the same Wi-Fi environment as indoors, allowing employees to work surrounded by greenery. It is also possible to bring pets to work. Taking advantage of the unique charms of Minami Aoyama, a seamless new way of working where the city and nature coexist is here.
