■ About "Shin Puh Kan"
Shin Puh Kan has partially preserved and renovated the former Kyoto Central Telephone Exchange, a historic building, and is continuing the development while incorporating new added value, while retaining the facility's name, ShinPuhkan, and the existing concept of "combining tradition and innovation." Comprising Ace Hotel Kyoto, the mini-theater Uplink Kyoto, and a Shin Puh Kan zone including stores opening in the Kansai region for the first time and new types of stores, the facility will breathe fresh air into Kyoto and become a hub for interaction between tourists and local residents, bringing even more vitality to the city.
