NTT Urban Development Corporation, Meitetsu Urban Development Corporation, Nishi-Nippon Railroad Co., Ltd., Kanden Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Toho Jisho Co., Ltd. have announced the establishment of the largest construction site in Yachiyo City, Chiba Prefecture. ^*1 We are pleased to announce that we have begun construction on Wellith Yachiyo Murakami, a large-scale project with a site area of over 23,000 m2 and a total of 967 units.

Aiming to create a shared housing complex that is equipped with the functions required for housing in today's diversifying work styles, we planned "Yumeippai YACHIYO CONNECT TOWN," which will create connections with the station, commercial facilities, nature, and people. The popular national anime "Chibi Maruko-chan" will be used as the advertising character, and various promotions are planned, including on the official website, as well as in transit and web advertisements.

The planned site is located in Yachiyo City, Chiba Prefecture, a city where the abundance of nature and the comfort of direct access to the city center are in harmony. The nearest station, Murakami Station on the Toyo Rapid Railway, is a 53-minute direct train ride from Otemachi Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, making it within commuting distance. Murakami Station is a 3-minute walk away, and the project is adjacent to the large commercial facility, Fululu Garden Yachiyo, making it a landmark project that integrates station, commerce, and residence. The surrounding area is also home to lush parks, including Yachiyo General Athletic Park, the largest park in Yachiyo City, as well as educational facilities, providing a living environment that is both relaxing and fulfilling.

Wellith Yachiyo Murakami is planned to be comprised of six buildings, taking advantage of its vast site of over 23,000 m². It will have a total of 967 units, and will feature cutting-edge facilities and services utilizing the NTT Group's ICT. Various plans are available, ranging from 2LDK to 4LDK, with a focus on 3LDK. Furthermore, as one of the largest projects in the area, it will be equipped with a wide range of shared spaces that foster rich interactions, such as a workroom, fitness room, and kids' room.

Completion is scheduled for early February 2025, with a condominium gallery opening in front of Murakami Station and sales scheduled to begin in late June 2023.

With a site area of over 23,000 m2 and a total of 967 units, Wellith Yachiyo Murakami is one of the largest projects in Yachiyo City, Chiba Prefecture ^*1. Located just a three-minute walk from Murakami Station on the Toyo Rapid Railway, the nearest station, it is conveniently located for shopping, adjacent to Fururu Garden Yachiyo, a large commercial facility with a food court and 45 other stores, including Ito-Yokado and Uniqlo. The approach from the station is a flat, wide sidewalk, making it safe for families with children. With Fururu Garden Yachiyo located on the approach from the station, this landmark project combines station, commerce, and residence, allowing for a smart and convenient shopping experience.

Murakami Station on the Toyo Rapid Railway operates through connections with the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line, providing direct access to Otemachi Station in 53 minutes and Nihonbashi Station in 51 minutes without transfers, making it convenient for commuting and shopping.

Utilizing the vast site of over 23,000m², which faces the road on three sides, six residential buildings are arranged on all four sides. A private courtyard is also provided in the center for residents only. The surrounding area is filled with lush greenery, including Yachiyo General Athletic Park (site area 13.1ha), the largest park in Yachiyo City, providing a peaceful and relaxing lifestyle.

As one of the largest projects in the area, the project offers ample shared spaces that foster rich interactions. In response to the recent diversification of work styles, two types of workrooms have been prepared: one with an open space and sofa area where residents can work in a relaxed atmosphere, and another with private booths that are suitable for full-scale remote work. In addition, a variety of shared facilities, such as a fitness room, kids' room, guest room, and cafe lounge, will ensure a relaxed lifestyle. Also, unlike traditional apartment buildings, the project aims to transition from human-based operations to those utilizing ICT, and will introduce a shared facilities reservation service that can be completed via smartphone and an unmanned convenience store (planned).

In addition to the energy-saving features of the building, we aim to create an environmentally friendly apartment complex by installing EV chargers in the parking lot and taking advantage of the large site to create a lush green approach to the exterior.
