(Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshiyuki Sayama), are pleased to announce that the serviced apartment (stay hotel) "Citadines Harbour Front, which has been under development in Naka-ku, Yokohama.
Both "Strasbourg" and "Coffee House" are located on the first floor of the main building, which also houses the hotel lobby. The stores have bright and open glass interiors and outdoor terrace seating facing Honmachi Street, providing a new lively and relaxing space for the town. The building is directly connected to Exit 4 of Nihon-Odori Station on the Minatomirai Line, making it an easy stop for local residents, nearby office workers, and people visiting the area for various purposes, such as meeting up with someone or buying souvenirs before going out.
After opening, various collaborations are planned between the stores and the serviced apartments (stay hotel) Citadines Harbour Front Yokohama, located on the first to seventeenth floors of the building, to provide services unique to this building.

The building is directly connected to Nihon-Odori Station and is a facility that houses a hotel and shops, based on the concept of "activity and relaxation in a town where the city and nature blend together and the historical cultures of Japan and overseas intersect." It is within walking distance of government offices such as the Kanagawa Prefectural Government Office, as well as popular tourist attractions such as Yokohama Stadium, Osanbashi Pier, Yamashita Park, and Yokohama Chinatown, making it a highly convenient base for business and tourism.
This location, which once housed the Yokohama Telephone Exchange and has a historical connection to the NTT Group, will create connections between people and contribute to the development of the Kannai area by providing a new, lively and relaxing space with a stay-type hotel, patisserie, and cafe.
