Click hereOn March 11, 2024, NTT Urban Solutions Inc., NTT Urban Development Co., Ltd., NTT FACILITIES, Inc., NTT Urban Value Support Corporation, and NTT Urban Solutions Research Institute, Inc. were recognized as "2024 Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Corporations (Large Corporation Category (White 500))" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi, following on from last year.
The "Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation" is a system established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to evaluate companies that implement health and productivity management. In the large-scale corporation category, the top 500 corporations that practice excellent health and productivity management are certified as the "White 500."
NTT Urban Solutions Group believes that it is its social responsibility as a company to create workplaces where employees can work enthusiastically and be healthy both physically and mentally. Based on this recognition, we are working to promote "Work in Life" (health and productivity management) based on the awareness that it is important to create safe and secure workplaces and promote diverse work styles that suit various lifestyles and life events.
The results of our health management initiatives for fiscal 2023 are as follows:

Utilizing ICT technologies and services from the NTT Group (NTTdocomo, NTTDATA) to develop measures that also support remote work styles
We conduct "pulse surveys" (*) to measure employees' stress levels on a regular basis, and implement stress reduction measures without overlooking any mental or physical changes in employees.
Pulse Survey: A program in which participants answer simple questions about stress on a regular basis every week to check their physical and mental health.
We provide various health guidance remotely (through web conferencing, email, and chat) without being restricted by time or place, and support the prevention, early detection, and early recovery of illness. Furthermore, we aim to improve consultation and completion rates for specific health guidance by promoting remote consultations using ICT services.
Supporting healthy activities by distributing videos such as "exercises and simple stretches" to help people overcome lack of exercise and refresh themselves, as well as "health columns" and "lifestyle improvement programs."

Health support for employees and their families
In addition to implementing a full health checkup, we are promoting efforts to alleviate health concerns of individual employees by expanding the scope of tests included in the medical checkup (genetic tests, allergy tests, optional tests such as head MRI and MRA).
Encouraging partners to undergo health checkups in collaboration with the NTT Health Insurance Association
We have set up the "NTT Urban Solutions Group Anything Consultation Hotline" to respond to inquiries about mental and physical health from employees and their families.
NTT Urban Solutions Group will continue to promote "Work in Life" (health management) by working to maintain and improve the health of its employees, contributing to the creation of a work environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
