Looking ahead - This year's initiatives -
In order to continue serving as a public park that contributes to further revitalizing the center of Hiroshima City and creating an attractive city, this year the facility plans to implement the following initiatives.
Initiative 1:Implementing various measures to promote use as a "gateway" to new lifestyles for citizens
This facility is a "park where you can do many things," and has been equipped with spaces where you can walk your pets, do outdoor activities, and engage in urban sports such as skateboarding. Going forward, we will further promote these types of uses and also work on initiatives in collaboration with the stores within the facility.
In addition, the area is beautifully lit up at night, making it suitable for filming for television and movies, as well as for wedding photos and coming-of-age ceremonies. We will continue to promote these attractions through social media.
Initiative 2:Strengthening the role of the "GATE" to increase mobility in the Central Park area
In the Central Park area where this facility is located, Hiroshima Soccer Stadium "EDION Peace Wing Hiroshima" is scheduled to open in February 2024, and other development projects are also progressing in parallel.
Going forward, we will work on measures to improve mobility between these facilities *4.
We will continue to reflect your opinions and strive to create a lively and popular place that everyone will love.
We will continue our efforts with the aim of creating a public park with a global appeal that we can be proud of.
