HIROSHIMA STADIUM PARK will finally open on Thursday, August 1, 2024.

The commercial facility "HiroPa" consists of four lawn plaza buildings, one waterfront plaza building, and a group of stores facing the stadium's plaza. It is an "urban oasis" where you can feel the lush greenery of central Hiroshima City, and we aim to create a facility where people of all ages can engage in their own activities, new communities and lifestyles are born, and smiles bloom everywhere.

In addition to the previously announced tenants, five new stores have been confirmed to open in the Stadium Zone: Hiroshima Shiru-nashi Dandanmen - Tsubasa - 2nd; and Shiba Hiroba (New Park Life Zone, Hiroshima Culture Zone): One Day, I Fell in Love - Grand -, Kentucky Fried Chicken, DOUBLE FLAT, and OBSCURA COFFEE ROASTERS.

Surrounding the large lawn area that is a characteristic of HIROSHIMA STADIUM PARK, and nestled alongside the waterfront area overlooking the leisurely flowing Honkawa River, within the frenetic atmosphere of the soccer stadium, 16 diverse tenants will be presenting food and beverage, merchandise, a museum, a kids' play park, fitness facilities, BBQ facilities and more to mark the opening.

  Hiroshima Dry Tantanmen - Tsubasa - 2nd

  Dry dandan noodles are a popular local delicacy in Hiroshima. Our restaurant offers mild, dry dandan noodles, fried chicken, potatoes, and more, so that both adults and children can enjoy them. We are also constantly researching toppings that go well with dry dandan noodles.

  Grand Classic, which continues to captivate Hiroshima's sweets and cake lovers, has produced a bar with a free-spirited approach where you can enjoy not only sweets but also delicious seasonal meals.   Kentucky Fried Chicken

  Our "Original Chicken" is made with a secret recipe of 11 spices and is hand-cooked one by one in-store. We are committed to using safe and reliable ingredients and cooking by hand, providing our customers with freshly cooked deliciousness and the best hospitality.

  The glass-walled store is an open space where you can enjoy a meal while looking out at the stadium and the greenery in the park, and there is plenty of seating, making it ideal for families.

  The drinks and frappes made with carefully selected seasonal fruits from both within and outside the prefecture are exquisite. Also, look forward to the fruit sandwiches, which are new to the HiroPa store. Enjoy seasonal fruits from various angles and experience the delicious flavors of Japan's four seasons.

  

  OBSCURA COFFEE ROASTERS

  We visit coffee farms around the world to purchase coffee, which we then carefully roast in our on-site roastery. We aim to provide a "life with coffee" for everyday life and special occasions.

  HIROSHIMA SOCCER MUSEUM

  The Hiroshima Football Museum was established as a place that can be enjoyed year-round by anyone, not just football fans. Enjoy the fascinating museum, which explores the history of football in Hiroshima, the relationship between football and the recovery from the atomic bombing, the development of talent that will lead to the future of Sanfrecce Hiroshima, and interactive content that will keep you moving.

  

  Peace Wing Official Store

  This shop has a sales area of approximately 400 square meters and sells official Sanfrecce Hiroshima merchandise and Hiroshima specialties. The storefront is designed with an arrow feather motif based on the "three arrows" that are also used in the name of Sanfrecce Hiroshima, allowing you to enjoy shopping in an atmosphere unique to a flagship store. We look forward to welcoming not only the Sanfrecce family but also tourists visiting Hiroshima.

  Sanche has opened a Mexican restaurant! Come and chat with your team over Mexican tacos, Mexican pilaf, nachos, and more! The friendly Mexican Sanche is waiting for you. Toast with "Taco Sanche!!"

  

• New Park Life Zone

  Kiond Hiroshima

  This is the first facility in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, and only the second in Japan, with a wood education theme. It features a wooden kids' play park filled with children's smiles, and a food stall festival that adults will find captivating. There is also a cafe and a wooden goods shop, and visitors can experience the culture and charm of Hiroshima through hands-on experiences with wood, such as a participatory art event using Miyajima's "rice scoops" and workshops in collaboration with Hiroshima Prefecture companies.

  

  R Baker

  The hugely popular R Baker is opening its second store in Hiroshima. In addition to its popular rice flour bread pizza and stretchy croissants, the store will also be selling products exclusive to the HiroPa store. Offering the deliciousness of domestically produced rice flour bread packed with high-quality nutrients, the store strives to make bread that will invigorate both body and mind and contribute to a life filled with smiles.

  A cafe and dining establishment produced by Gurunavi. In a spacious and comfortable space, we offer new and delicious dishes that you can only find here, such as colorful ethnic noodles made with carefully selected ingredients and WYE's classic beef tongue stew. The takeout menu is perfect for picnics in the park or watching a soccer game.

  A complex facility based on the concept of "being more yourself and revitalizing your mind and body."

  THE BBQ GARDEN in HIROSHIMA

  The BBQ space on the second floor is completely indoors, so you can enjoy a modern, urban BBQ in comfort, regardless of the weather. You can also rent BBQ equipment on the first floor. Even if you come empty-handed, you can still enjoy an outdoor BBQ while feeling the nature right in front of you, right by the beautiful waterfront. You can also bring your own ingredients.

We aim to create a comfortable space where everyone, from children to seniors, can spend time as they wish, with a variety of services including rental items so you can be active even if you come empty-handed, two studios that can be used for various purposes, whether alone or with friends, and a system to support club and community activities.

We have rental items available, from children's items like balls and skipping ropes to picnic sets for the whole family. You can come empty-handed and still have fun being active.

We offer a small space for a limited period of time to those who wish to open a new store, providing them with an opportunity to take on the challenge. We hope that the seeds of business that grow in the square will spread throughout Hiroshima, contributing to the revitalization of the city.

To commemorate the opening, we will be holding an opening event, "HIROSHIMA STADIUM PARK Festa," over two days, on August 3rd (Sat) and 4th (Sun). The grand opening of the park will be spectacular, with booths from various cities and towns in Hiroshima Prefecture (promoting local specialties and tourism), stage performances by local groups, and a talk show by a former Sanfrecce Hiroshima player. We look forward to seeing many of you there.

A media preview is scheduled for Monday, July 29th, and an opening ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, August 1st. Further details will be announced to relevant parties at a later date. *Applications are not open to the general public.

Regarding the official website, the previously released teaser site will be revamped, and we will provide the latest information as it becomes available, including details about the various facilities and services within the park, to help you imagine what it will be like to spend time at HIROSHIMA STADIUM PARK.

Overview of the Central Park Plaza Area Development, Management and Operation Project (hereinafter referred to as the Project)

This is the name of the corporate group promoting this project.

In this project, we are developing various facilities in the park plaza area with the aim of "creating a future-oriented stadium park that will foster a new community of interaction by creating a variety of activities (ACTIVE) for not only Hiroshima residents but also visitors from within and outside the prefecture and overseas, and will produce scenes of everyday activity and relaxation.^"*​

• *Based on the Park-PFI (publicly-bid installation and management system) stipulated in the Urban Parks Act, private businesses will develop revenue-generating facilities such as restaurants and retail outlets, as well as park facilities such as outdoor toilets.

What is HIROSHIMA STADIUM PARK?

HIROSHIMA STADIUM PARK is a place for everyone in the heart of Hiroshima City, consisting of EDION Peace Wing Hiroshima (the new home of Sanfrecce Hiroshima), which opened in February 2024, the plaza areas on both sides of it, and the commercial facility HiroPa.
