"Susregi Life" is a next-generation lifestyle realized by combining our "Zetch Mansion *2" and "Wellith Lifestyle Disaster Prevention *3" with the "Mansion Disaster Prevention Service *4," an energy creation and storage system provided by Resil Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yasuzumi Tanji).
Through this initiative, we will provide comfortable and economical living during normal times through highly insulated and energy-efficient designs, and in the event of a disaster, we will enable the continued use of elevators and toilets*5, ensure communication means through Wi-Fi in common areas and disaster prevention outlets *5, and provide support in terms of both hardware and software for evacuation at home for three days *1 by preparing disaster prevention supplies.
Starting with the first property, "Wellith Urban Magome (tentative name)," currently under construction in Ota Ward, Tokyo, we aim to gradually expand "Susregi Life" into the "Wellith" series.

Background of the introduction
In recent years, with growing environmental awareness, carbon neutral housing is becoming more common.
Furthermore, as the increase in the number and severity of natural disasters becomes a social issue, there is a growing movement to encourage people to "evacuate at home" if their safety can be ensured at home in the event of a disaster.
By developing the "Zetch Mansion *2," which features high insulation performance and highly efficient equipment, we aim to become carbon neutral, and through our unique disaster prevention initiative, "Wellith Life Disaster Prevention *3," we provide a disaster-resistant lifestyle.
Resil uses a solar power and battery storage system to ensure a power supply to elevators and water supply and drainage pumps, which support daily life infrastructure, in the event of a disaster, and during normal times, it provides an "apartment disaster prevention service *4" that uses 100% renewable energy *6 for the entire apartment building through a centralized power supply system.
In addition to the services provided by these two companies, we will provide "Susregi Life," a next-generation lifestyle that enhances both sustainability and resilience, by ensuring communication means even during power outages through Wi-Fi in common areas and disaster prevention outlets.
The lifestyle that "Susregi Life" aims for
The properties that offer "Susregi Life" are Zetch Mansions *2 equipped with high-performance insulation and highly efficient equipment, and under normal circumstances, the bulk power supply provided by Resil supplies 100% renewable energy *6 to the entire apartment building * 7, regardless of whether it is a private or shared area.
In the event of a disaster (power outage), the storage battery will supply power to elevators and water supply and drainage pumps, assuming the three-day evacuation period recommended by Tokyo and other local governments. Even if the battery's power runs low, the solar power generation system can repeatedly charge the battery, maintaining a three-day power supply *1. This allows residents to move between floors and use the restrooms even in high-rise apartment buildings *5. Furthermore, by supplying power to Wi-Fi equipment and emergency outlets in some common areas of the apartment building, residents will be able to use and charge smartphones, which are essential for maintaining communication with the outside world *5. As part of the "Wellith Life Disaster Prevention" initiative, the disaster prevention warehouse will be stocked with disaster preparedness supplies and residents will be provided with a disaster preparedness guide, supporting three-day evacuation periods at home in both hard and soft ways.
