(Head office: Cebu City, Philippines; CEO: Jose Soberano III; hereinafter "CLI") through its Singapore subsidiary (NTT UD Asia Pte. Ltd.) to promote "The Wave Towers*," a condominium tower project in Cebu City, Philippines. The first phase of construction will begin in September 2025, and a groundbreaking ceremony and grand launch event will be held in October, marking the start of full-scale sales activities.
This project is located in the highly convenient Cebu IT Park in Cebu City's central business district, and is a two-building condominium tower with approximately 1,400 units. Nikken Sekkei Ltd. acted as a consultant, and the facade design incorporates the "waves" motif from Hokusai Katsushika's "The Great Wave off Kanagawa," one of the Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji.
