NTT Urban Development Corporation

NTT Urban Development Corporation (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kou Ikeda; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has been operating "LIFORK," a shared space business since 2018, to support people in realizing their own unique work and lifestyle.

We are pleased to announce that LIFORK H/Q (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility"), which will feature shared offices and coworking spaces for creators, will open in spring 2026 on the fourth floor of HARAJUKU QUEST (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), a complex commercial facility that opened in September 2025.

The facility is based on the concept of "a space that creates content and the future of creators together," and has Visual Voice Inc. (headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Tetsuya Bessho) as its operating partner. The facility will utilize the creator-oriented platform "LIFE LOG BOX *1" provided by the company to support creators' activities.

We live in an age where anyone can become a creator. A visit to this facility will inspire you, connect with others, expand your ideas and businesses, and sharpen your senses. This facility aims to be a place where creators' passion can take shape and maximize each individual's creativity.

  • With the advancement of smartphones, social media, video streaming services, and more, we are in the Web3 era, where anyone can create and distribute content as a creator. In collaboration with the Short Shorts Film Festival & Asia, which has a network of over 100,000 creators both in Japan and overseas, this video management platform supports creators' activities by providing data storage services. Creators from around the world can offer portfolios and viewing rights to share information about their work, and we are building a system to return profits to creators through an NFT marketplace that fans and companies can also participate in. https://lifelogbox.com/en/
