About HARAJUKU QUEST

The facility consists of a high-rise building with six above-ground floors and two below-ground floors, and a low-rise building with one above-ground floor, with a passageway (a walkway within the premises) between the two buildings to enhance mobility within the city. The passageway allows direct access from Omotesando to the stores on the above-ground and basement floors, and the facility's open design is conscious of its connection to the city.

The walls are finished with rammed earth to resemble geological strata, creating an impressive landscape in contrast to the transparent glass surfaces. The rammed earth walls continue in a gradation pattern underground, creating a structure that evokes the overlapping of geological strata.
