Five companies in NTT Urban Solutions Group (Representative Company: NTT Urban Solutions Corporation, Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Kou Ikeda) are pleased to announce that they have been awarded a Gold rating in the PRIDE Index 2025 * 2, an index formulated by the general incorporated association work with Pride *1 (hereinafter referred to as "wwP") regarding initiatives for LGBTQ+ and other sexual minorities (hereinafter referred to as "LGBTQ+") in the workplace.

- NTT Urban Solutions Inc. (for the fourth consecutive year from 2022)
- NTT Urban Solutions Research Institute, Inc. (first award recipient)
- NTT Urban Development Corporation (9th consecutive year since 2017)
- NTT FACILITIES Inc. (10th consecutive year since 2016)
- NTT Urban Value Support Co., Ltd. (7th consecutive year since 2019)

- An organization that supports the promotion and establishment of LGBTQ+ diversity management in companies and other organizations.

NTT Urban Solutions Group's LGBTQ+ Initiatives
To realize a workplace and society where everyone can work with peace of mind, being themselves, we have been actively working to continuously promote understanding and foster a culture regarding LGBTQ+, including by providing training for all employees, expanding the application of all systems related to employees' spouses and families to include same-sex partners, and holding social gatherings for LGBTQ+ individuals and ALLY *3.
Going forward, we will continue to position "diversity and inclusion" as a key management strategy and promote the creation of a workplace where diverse talent can thrive, regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or other factors.
