NTT Urban Solutions Group's LGBTQ+ Initiatives

To realize a workplace and society where everyone can work with peace of mind, being themselves, we have been actively working to continuously promote understanding and foster a culture regarding LGBTQ+, including by providing training for all employees, expanding the application of all systems related to employees' spouses and families to include same-sex partners, and holding social gatherings for LGBTQ+ individuals and ALLY *3.

Going forward, we will continue to position "diversity and inclusion" as a key management strategy and promote the creation of a workplace where diverse talent can thrive, regardless of gender, age, race, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or other factors.
