Since our participation in the residential land sales business in Victoria, Australia in December 2011, we have steadily built up a track record in the local residential land sales business through collaboration with excellent local partners. We will continue to work to further strengthen our business foundation in Australia.
Camerons Lane Project
The project is located approximately 40km north of Melbourne's central business district (CBD). In August 2025, the Victorian government established a precinct structure plan for the area that includes the project site. The plan calls for the development of housing, educational facilities, parks, and transportation, including the opening of a new expressway interchange, and the area is expected to see an increasing influx of population in the future.
In order to support housing demand in Melbourne, where sustained population and economic growth is predicted, we will consider product planning at an affordable price range.
Torquay Project
This project is located in the Torquay area, approximately 20km south of Geelong, Victoria's second largest city. This is our first foray into this area, and it is not only blessed with a rich natural environment, with beaches famous for surfing and the gateway to the Great Ocean Road, which is famous for its beautiful coastline, but also has the convenience of an urban area, with educational and commercial facilities in the surrounding area.
We will consider product planning that will meet the needs of nearby residents looking to relocate, people moving from Melbourne who prioritize their living environment, and retirees.
