Ltd., it will jointly develop the "Pasig Project (tentative name)," a condominium complex with a total of approximately 5,800 units, in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, together with Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (Head office: Cebu City, Philippines; CEO: Jose Soberano III; hereinafter "CLI")
This project marks our second development project in the Philippines, following the condominium project "The Wave Towers" in Cebu City, and our first in Metro Manila.
Metro Manila is the economic hub of the Philippines, with a population of approximately 14 million, and its major business districts include Makati, BGC (Bonifacio Global City), and Ortigas. This project faces a major road connecting to Ortigas and other areas, and there are many buses running from nearby shopping centers, making it easily accessible to these areas. The surrounding area is home to many commercial facilities, educational institutions, and medical facilities, providing an environment that supports daily life. In addition, a new station for MRT Line 4, a new rail line connecting to Ortigas, is scheduled to be constructed northwest of the site*, making it expected to further enhance convenience in the future.
By leveraging their respective development track records and expertise, as well as the highly convenient location, the two companies will promote the creation of attractive housing that will be chosen by office workers in Metro Manila and other local residents.
