Participation in a housing development project in Ninh Binh Province, northern Vietnam.

NTT都市開発株式会社（本社：東京都千代田区、代表取締役社長 池田 康）は、このたびシンガポール現地法人である NTT UD Asia Pte. Ltd. を通じ、TASECO LAND INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY（本社：ベトナム社会主義共和国ハノイ市、以下「Taseco Land社」）と、ニンビン省における総面積約115haのタウンシップ開発「Duy Tien - Ninh Binh Urban Development Project」（以下「本タウンシップ」）の一部街区（以下「本プロジェクト」）を共同で開発することをお知らせします。
当社グループは、これまでベトナム南部で住宅開発事業に参画してまいりましたが、本プロジェクトはベトナム北部での初の参画案件となります。Taseco Land社との協業を通じ、当社グループがこれまで国内外で培った開発ノウハウと、同社が有するベトナムでの豊富な開発実績および地域ネットワークを活かし、さらなる事業拡大を図るとともに、ベトナム社会の発展に貢献し、お客さまに選ばれる魅力ある街づくりを推進してまいります。

Project Overview

Ninh Binh Province, where this township is located, lies south of the capital Hanoi. Thanks to recent improvements in transportation infrastructure, it continues to grow as an industrial hub in northern Vietnam, attracting many manufacturing and related industries, including Japanese companies. With the increase in companies establishing themselves in industrial parks and the expansion of employment, this area is expected to see attractive urban development that brings people together in a work-life balance.

本タウンシップは、Taseco Land社が開発を進める115ha超の敷地に、高層住宅および低層住宅、商業区画や公園などが整備される予定の大規模開発プロジェクトとなります。ハノイ市から続く高速道路1号線から国道38号線に繋がる交通利便性の高いエリアであり、ハノイ市からのゲートシティとしての役割を果たすことが期待されています。
その中でも当社が参画する本プロジェクトは、国道38号線沿いに位置し、特に交通利便性が高い街区となります。低層住宅用地および低層住宅合わせて約300戸の分譲を予定し、セミデタッチドヴィラ・タウンハウス・ショップハウスなど多様な住宅タイプの開発を計画しています。各住戸は1区画約100㎡～250㎡のゆとりある敷地を確保し、開放的で快適な居住空間を創出し、品格ある低層住宅街を形成します。
