Concept
Fashion & Gourmet Precinct (Pacela)/ Interaction Precinct (Motomachi Cred)
Based on a “new urban prestige” concept, this property is a large-scale multi-purpose composite facility that houses: a hotel, department store, boutiques and, halls etc. The `precinct` is designed to enable patrons to enjoy their time while wandering about the facilities. The dynamic, 15 to 20 m high ceilings are effectively linked to the overall structure to give this composite facility a vibe of comfort, convenience and, bustle.
