NTT Urban Development Corporation Co. Ltd. supports the creation of unique and vibrant towns that each city aims to create, and as a company that is chosen and trusted by local residents, we position the maintenance and improvement of information security as one of our key priorities. We will achieve this by operating an information security management system in accordance with the following policies, while also contributing to the realization of a comfortable and vibrant society by balancing the economic development of local communities with the resolution of social issues.
- 1.Our Information Security InitiativesIn addition to establishing an information security management system, we will continue to take steps to maintain and improve information security by establishing basic policies and other guidelines and regulations to prevent unauthorized access to information, as well as the loss, falsification, and leakage of information, implementing strict physical and system security measures to ensure the continuity of our services, thoroughly educating our employees, and properly supervising our contractors.
- 2.Compliance with laws, regulations and contractual provisionsOur employees are fully aware that maintaining information security for the services we provide to our customers is the basis of our business activities, and we will comply with all laws, regulations, and contractual terms related to our business.
- 3.Responding to information security risksWe will respond to new risks in the ever-evolving information society by establishing standards for evaluating information security risks, implementing necessary measures, and continually managing those measures and monitoring their effectiveness.
