NTT Urban Development Corporation (head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and Chief Executive Officer: Sadao Maki) announced the consolidated financial results for the first six months of the fiscal year ending March 2015 (referring to the 30th business period from April 1, 2014 to September 30, 2014) of the NTT Urban Development Group, revised its full-year results forecast and revised the Medium-Term Vision 2018. Overview of consolidated financial results
- For the first six months of the fiscal year ending March 2015, operating revenue reached ¥74.3 billion, a decrease of ¥7.6 billion compared with the same period of the previous fiscal year. Operating income was ¥13.2 billion, a decrease of ¥4.5 billion, and ordinary income was ¥11.1 billion, a decline of ¥3.4 billion. Net income stood at ¥6.9 billion, a decrease of ¥1.8 billion.
Revision of the full-year results forecast
- For the fiscal year ending March 2015, given the planned sale of properties associated with the formation of a private placement fund, the Company has revised operating revenue to ¥153.0 billion, operating income to ¥23.0 billion, ordinary income to ¥18.5 billion and net income to ¥10.0 billion.
Revision of the Medium-Term Vision 2018
- The Company has revised the Medium-Term Vision 2018 announced on May 9, 2013, reflecting changes in the market environment.
