Headquarters Reorganization and Reassignment of Officer Roles

1. (1)On July 1, 2007, the Solution Business Headquarters will be established to combine the functions of the NTT Group Section and the Fund Business Promotion Office, currently within the Corporate Planning Department, and the functions of the Sales and Marketing Headquarters. Organized within the Solution Business Headquarters will be the Solution Business Department 1, the Solution Business Department 2 and the Fund Business Department.
2. (2)The role of the future Solution Business Headquarters will be to reinforce the Corporation's capabilities in proposing real estate solutions, such as the effective utilization of real estate owned by NTT Group companies and other customers, as well as resolving the issue of having offices in dispersed locations. The new department will also work to propose optimal solutions employing fund schemes.
