South building development concept
Unique local markets
In addition to food stores that use local ingredients, restaurants that you'll want to drop in to every day, and shops that stock carefully selected items, the lively event plaza will add color to your daily life. We aim to create a facility where you can enjoy visiting your favorite stores while taking a break on the terrace.
Project Overview
The project aims to create a walkable, lively town by accumulating 34 construction containers, one of the largest in Japan, and providing a storage area along Hiroshima Street with a continuous network of shops, shared terraces, and other facilities.
Each store will be a small plot of land, with a minimum floor area of approximately 13.5 m2 (the size of a 20ft container), and we will be able to attract up to 17 tenants.
In the center of the facility, there will be an event plaza where vehicles can enter, allowing for various events, exhibitions, food truck events, etc. In addition, there will be multiple shared terraces within the facility equipped with benches, etc., making it a space where citizens can relax and enjoy themselves for a variety of occasions.
Additionally, a stop for the green slow mobility vehicle "Guruppi" will be set up on the premises, promoting the creation of a walkable city using Guruppi.

The two-story building will have 12 stores on the first floor and five stores on the second floor, with a spacious deck allowing customers to enjoy shopping while walking through the distinctive shared space created by the construction containers.
