Since participating in a residential land sales project in Melbourne in December 2011, we have been collaborating with quality partners to build up know-how in the residential land sales business. Through the promotion of these two new projects, we will continue to aim to strengthen our global business foundation and further expand our business.
Wedge Rd. Skye Project
The project is located within an established urban area, approximately 40km (approximately 40 minutes by car) southeast of Melbourne's central business district (CBD), and offers excellent transport access to the CBD. It also offers easy access to Mornington, which is rich in amenities for enjoying leisure time on the weekends, such as marine sports. The surrounding area is highly convenient for daily life, with elementary, middle and high schools and commercial facilities, and is characterized by its landscape surrounded by green spaces and nature. By offering plots at affordable prices, the project targets families purchasing their first home. It will also meet demand for replacement purchases from surrounding areas with earlier development.
1180 Plenty Road Project
This project is located in an established urban area, approximately 25km (approximately 40 minutes by car) northeast of Melbourne's central business district (CBD), and is adjacent to a train station, providing excellent access to the CBD by car and train. The surrounding area is home to several educational facilities, commercial facilities, and parks, providing a highly convenient living environment and abundant nature. This project is considering product planning to meet a wide range of needs, including providing apartment complexes in front of the station, as well as plots to cater to families purchasing their first home and those looking to replace their homes in the surrounding area.
