Tokyo World Gate Akasaka is a project that has been certified as a National Strategic Urban Planning Building Development Project in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area National Strategic Special Zone (commonly known as the "National Strategic Special Zone").

Akasaka 2-Chome, where Tokyo World Gate Akasaka is located, is located in the Toranomon/Akasaka area, one of Tokyo's most cutting-edge business districts. The area is also known for its streetscape dotted with famous sites that convey Edo culture to the present day, such as Akasaka Hikawa Shrine and the remains of feudal lord residences.

Since the completion of the first phase of construction in August last year, we have been working on the creation of a large green space of approximately 5,600 m2 surrounding the 210-meter-high Akasaka TRUST TOWER, as well as the construction of a pedestrian walkway connecting the property with Akasaka Hikawa Shrine.

With the completion of the second phase of construction, the lush green district of Tokyo World Gate Akasaka has been completed, providing a place of relaxation for local residents and office workers to wander around freely.

As a certified "National Strategic Special Zone" project, we will continue to promote the removal of utility poles from surrounding roads and the development of facilities that communicate history and culture, contributing to the refinement of the Akasaka area's regional characteristics from both the business and tourism perspectives.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those involved for their hard work, which has enabled us to successfully complete the second phase of construction.

Tokyo World Gate Akasaka is a development project that aims to create a lush green landscape in the heart of Tokyo. It offers a range of functions befitting the international city of Tokyo, including offices that stimulate creativity, the luxury lifestyle hotel "1 Hotel Tokyo" featuring nature-inspired design and wellness spaces, and residences.

Even after the completion of the second phase, we will continue to develop the museum, which will disseminate historical and cultural information, and the surrounding area, contributing to the revitalization of the Akasaka area and an increase in the number of visitors.

Following the successful completion of the first phase last year, we are pleased to extend our sincere gratitude to all those involved in the project, who have made it possible for us to successfully complete the second phase.

This project utilizes assets owned by the NTT Group to create a large-scale, mixed-use development tower that brings together a variety of functions on a lush site. The cutting-edge office space and diverse functions support the "WELL-BEING" work style of office workers.

NTT Urban Development will continue to value its connections with everyone involved in urban development, and will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society as a trusted and chosen partner.
