An opening ceremony will be held on the day of the grand opening, and five stores, including four restaurants and one retail store, will open simultaneously on the first floor commercial floor. In addition, an opening event will be held over three days from June 20th (Thursday) to 22nd (Saturday), with plans to contribute to creating even more excitement in the Midosuji area, including plans in which nearby office workers and residents can participate. Details will be announced as soon as they are decided.

In addition to four restaurants that can be easily accessed by office workers and visitors in the Midosuji area, a wooden furniture store will open, marking the first directly managed store in the Kansai area, adding further excitement to the many furniture showrooms in the surrounding area.

Fruit Cafe Hikari (cafe)
Despite being located in southern Osaka, this one-of-a-kind fruit cafe, which has been visited by many customers from all over the world, is relocating and reopening in the Yodoyabashi area. They are very particular about the fruit they source, and regularly visit the producing areas. Ippudo Yodoyabashi Branch (Ramen, a la carte dishes, alcohol)
This tonkotsu ramen shop, originally from Daimyo, Fukuoka, is opening its first store in the Yodoyabashi area. We offer three types of tonkotsu ramen: the basic Shiromaru, the rich Akamaru, and the spicy "Karakamen." We also offer a wide selection of fried rice, a la carte dishes, and alcoholic beverages. We aim to spread the joy of Japanese ramen, smiles, and gratitude to the world.
maruni osaka (wooden furniture)
Maruni Osaka, the first directly managed store in the Kansai area, is opening. Supervised by product designer Naoto Fukasawa, the store features the MARUNI COLLECTION, creating a warm space bathed in soft light. In addition, we will also carry lifestyle items that complement the furniture and enrich your life. Come experience the high-quality, comfortable space that Maruni Wood Industry offers.
Manpuku Bakery Iron Pan Bar (bakery)
This bakery, which has locations in Kitahama and Toyonaka, will be opening a new location in the Yodoyabashi area. We offer carefully crafted handmade bread, 100% beef hamburgers, and original hot sandwiches, both in-store and for takeout. We also offer great value set menus at lunchtime, and teppanyaki dishes that go perfectly with alcohol at dinnertime.
Udon Spirit Samurai -SAMURAI-(Udon)
Since its founding, the restaurant has continued the tradition of Junai Udon Nadeshiko in Fuse, which has been committed to serving udon noodles made exclusively with domestically grown wheat. The restaurant is particular about its udon noodles, aiming to bring a smile to your face with the deliciousness of freshly made, stretched, and cut noodles, resulting in a rich, chewy, and captivating texture.
