Concept​

A twin-tower office building named "Seavans" stands along the canal in Shibaura.
"A Mall" is a food and beverage, retail and service facility located in the atrium between the office buildings.
The green space within the large atrium also serves as a place of relaxation for people working at Seavans and in nearby offices.
