NTT UD Australia Pty Limited was established in September 2011, and in December of the same year, the company expanded its business in Australia with its participation in a residential land sales project in Melbourne.
In the residential land sales business, two properties have been delivered and sold, and we are currently developing and selling six properties, including "Officer Central."
Our office business owns a total of four properties in Canberra, Brisbane and Melbourne. In Melbourne, we are developing 36 Wellington Street, a mixed-wood office building, which is scheduled for completion in 2023.
We will continue to strengthen our business foundation and accumulate further know-how while diversifying our portfolio.
