In December 2019, we established NTT UD Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore as a base for investment in Southeast Asia, and in October 2024, we established NTT UD VIETNAM CO., LTD. in Ho Chi Minh City to promote business in Vietnam.
We will continue to expand our portfolio, focusing on the housing business, in Southeast Asian markets, including Vietnam and the Philippines, where significant economic growth is expected.
