NTT UD Europe Limited was established in November 2009, and in the same year, the company acquired its first overseas property, an office building in London, UK, which marked the beginning of its global business expansion.
At 1 King William Street and 20 Finsbury Circus, both located in historic building conservation districts, we have carried out large-scale renovations utilizing the development capabilities we have cultivated domestically, transforming them into office buildings equipped with the latest facilities while preserving their history.We will continue to steadily expand our portfolio while diversifying it by acquiring assets with stable income and maximizing asset value through value enhancement.
