Since establishing NTT UD USA Inc. in October 2013, the company has steadily expanded its business and currently owns a total of 14 properties in New York, Boston, Washington, Dallas, and Florida.
In recent years, we have been steadily expanding our portfolio while diversifying it, through active investments in residential projects such as One India Street (acquired in January 2024) and The Batch Yard (acquired in September 2024), as well as participation in our first townhouse development project, The Brookman (acquired in August 2024).
