The opening date for "Lopia Hiroshima pacela Store," the first Lopia store in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions, has been set for April 3rd (Friday).

OIC Group, which aims to be a "food theme park," will open its first supermarket, "Shokusei♥♥ (Love Love) Lopia," in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions.

"Lopia Hiroshima pacela Store" will be located in an area with excellent transportation access, facing the underground promenade that connects Astramline's "Kencho-mae Station" and nearby "Hiroshima Gate Park" and "HIROSHIMA STADIUM PARK," and also having direct access to the facility's parking lot, "Motomachi Credo Parking."

The store features five independent, unique specialty shops: produce, meat, fish, prepared foods, and groceries. The interior design incorporates local Hiroshima cuisine and baseball themes, creating a "food theme park" atmosphere where each department has its own distinct theme, providing an exciting shopping experience.

We offer a wide selection of high-quality food products at affordable prices, including not only staple items essential for everyday meals, but also seafood from the Seto Inland Sea, local gourmet foods, local products that reflect Hiroshima's food culture, and attractive private brand products that can only be purchased at Lopia, as well as products from group companies within the OIC Group. We aim to provide our local community with a shopping experience that is "delicious, fun, and satisfying."

McDonald 'spacela Motomachi Store [Fast Food / B1F / March 25, 2026 (Wednesday)]

A McDonald's is reopening in the same location where it was located until 2004, after more than 20 years. We will be offering familiar menu items such as hamburgers, fries, and drinks that you can easily enjoy. Please feel free to stop by while shopping or to spend time with family and friends. We are also planning an event on opening day where we will be giving away McDonald's merchandise to the first customers. *Quantities are limited, so it will end when supplies run out.

・Immersive Journey Hiroshima (tentative name) [Large-scale XR experience facility / 8th floor / Spring 2027]

IMMERSIVE JOURNEY Hiroshima, the first IMMERSIVE JOURNEY location in the West Japan area, will open in the spring of 2027. IMMERSIVE JOURNEY is a facility that uses the latest VR technology to provide immersive journeys through time and around the world. It aims to establish XR as a new culture in Japan by providing a place where everyone can enjoy new works together, whenever they want. This facility will follow the Yokohama location which opened in 2024, and the Nagoya location which opened in 2026.

XR is a collective term for "VR (Virtual Reality)," "AR (Augmented Reality)," and "MR (Mixed Reality)." Visitors wear head-mounted displays and can freely walk around a vast space, experiencing an immersive journey as if traveling to another world.
