This property is located in a rare location that combines a lush green environment surrounded by the Hokkaido Government Office and Odori Park with the high level of convenience unique to a city center, accessible via underground walkways from Sapporo Station and Odori Station. The building consists of two towers, North and South, with 26 floors above ground and 2 floors below ground, and a total floor area of approximately 60,941 square meters. The facade of the North tower features white lines inspired by Sapporo's original landscape of primeval forests and snowscapes, creating a design that stands out against the clear blue sky and the trees surrounding the Hokkaido Government Office. The South tower's design harmonizes with the surrounding cityscape by considering the continuity of wall positioning and eaves height with the two historical buildings ("Kitakaro Sapporo Main Building" and "Hokkaido Police Sapporo Central Police Station") located on either side of the building.

This mixed-use complex features high-performance office spaces with a standard floor area exceeding 500 tsubo (approximately 1,650 square meters), a hotel by Hyatt Hotels Corporation (hereinafter "Hyatt"), marking its first entry into Sapporo, and a variety of commercial stores and startup support facilities to meet diverse usage needs. By "link" various people such as office workers, tourists, and local residents, it aims to become a new hub for business, travel, and vibrancy in Sapporo, contributing to the further development of Sapporo and Hokkaido.

The standard floor space of the office building exceeds 500 tsubo (approximately 1,650 square meters), making it one of the largest in Sapporo. The smallest available space can be divided to approximately 30 tsubo (approximately 100 square meters), allowing for flexible adaptation to diverse needs. The bright and open office lobby is equipped with a tenant-only lounge, providing a space where office workers can change their mood while working or take a break. Furthermore, the introduction of a workers' app that provides information on facility congestion and user-only information supports diversification of work styles and improved productivity from both hardware and software perspectives. The building is also committed to reducing its environmental impact, including the introduction of virtually 100% renewable energy-derived electricity, and has been certified as a "Zero Carbon Promotion Building" by the City of Sapporo.
