NTT Urban Development Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kou Ikeda) is pleased to announce that the grand opening date for "Urbannet Sapporo Link Tower" (Sapporo City, Hokkaido; hereinafter referred to as "the property"), which was completed on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, has been set for Saturday, October 3, 2026. The hotel "HYATT CENTRIC Sapporo," located on the upper floors of the property, will also open on the same day.

As the first step in generating excitement, we will be holding an opening event on October 3rd (Sat) and 4th (Sun). We are planning a program unique to this property, including a market featuring shops that utilize the diverse ingredients of Hokkaido, and live music performances by artists with ties to Hokkaido. For more details about the event, please also refer to the special opening website (https://sapporolinktower-open.com).

This property is a mixed-use complex featuring offices, a hotel, retail stores, and a startup support facility. In addition to the three retail stores that opened on September 1st (Tuesday), six more stores will open for the grand opening, offering a diverse range of options unique to Sapporo and Hokkaido to meet various user needs. Together with "HooK," the startup support facility that opened on July 15th (Wednesday), and the business use including offices, the complex aims to become a new hub for business, travel, and vibrancy in Sapporo, connecting various people such as office workers, tourists, and local residents, and contributing to the further development of Sapporo and Hokkaido.
